What we collect

When you open a ticket, the Vertex Studios ticket bot stores your Discord user ID, the answers you give in the ticket form, and the time the ticket was opened and closed. When a ticket is saved as a transcript, we keep a copy of the messages, attachments and profile pictures shown in that ticket channel.

Why we collect it

We use this information to handle your request, to keep a record of moderation decisions and appeals, and to train new staff on how past tickets were handled.

Who can see it

Transcripts are available at private links. The link is sent to you and posted in a staff-only log channel. Anyone you share the link with can read the transcript.

How long we keep it

Ticket records and transcripts are kept for as long as the server is active. You can ask for your tickets to be deleted by opening a Misc ticket.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Staff who sign in to the panel get one essential cookie that keeps them signed in for up to eight hours, a short-lived cookie that protects the sign-in step, and a cookie that remembers which server they last opened in the panel. Your browser also remembers that you have dismissed the cookie notice.

Staff panel

When staff sign in with Discord, the panel reads their Discord user ID, name and profile picture to check their roles in the server. No Discord password or email address is seen or stored.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's network. Messages are read from Discord, whose own privacy policy also applies.
